Sea Dragons

In Darwin's footsteps

Emerging from another era, the inhospitable volcanic islands of the Galapagos cradle some of the most intriguing animal species.

Adapted to an aquatic lifestyle through the quiet force of evolution, the Sea Dragons form colonies of fiery warriors adorned with vibrant carapaces.

Fiercely defending their rugged rock citadels against the relentless onslaught of the ocean's waves as well as from the peers, they brave the violent blades of the water to feed solely on marine lichen.
Paradoxically, the robustness of these animals and the intricate nature of their adaptations, forged over time, it stands as a unique specie nonetheless rooted in a fragile ecosystem.
